On the odd day I have off, I grab the opportunity to try something a little bit different. So Gareth Morgans and I took the chance to play with a special ingredient....before I tell you what it is can you guess from the picture?

Here is a delicious selection of cakes from Olive Magazine. I was lucky enough to do the food styling for the shoot, and I thought as the Great British Bake Off has now finished (well done John) I thought you may be in need of some inspiration. Hope you like the pics by the wonderful Maja Smend.

Can't believe that the last time I posted was back in May!! Where does time fly...well as the nights start to draw in I most probably will find more time to share with you my adventures. So to start off the update check out my recipe for Halloween Cake Pops. I think you will agree Lucy Williams did an amazing food styling job...simply love them! Hope you do to x
